Ordering

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Alternatively, you can log into your account on our website to view your order status.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can change or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please reach out to us at hello@cometlighting.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll assist you.

Shipping

What is the order shipping timeframe ?

If you place order on a weekday before 3pm, your order will be shipped the same day.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

If you order between Monday to Thursday before 3pm and you reside within UK, your order will be delivered next day .

If you order on a friday , then your order will be delivered on monday due to weekend.

Please note , all searchlight products ( having SL in sku number) have the possibility of getting delivered on sat-sun also.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £80 within the UK. For orders below this amount or for expedited delivery, shipping charges apply.

Do you ship to Northern Islands?

Yes we do ship to Northern Islands with a standard shipping of £19.95

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you do not like the product received, you can return your goods for a refund within 14 days, from the day after you receive the goods.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately at hello@cometlighting.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
